7-Day Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible Items for Return

Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
All accessories, hardware, and documentation must be included
Item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order products
Items that have been installed or used
Items with missing original packaging or accessories
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Email us at info@chandellea.com with your order number and reason for return
We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization and instructions
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
